Contact EVN
Ervin Valley Network LLC, operating as Ervin Valley Network (EVN), provides a U.S.-focused platform for adults age 18 or older. Email EVNetworksLLC@gmail.com for support, privacy, accessibility, copyright and newsletter matters. Include a subject describing the kind of help you need.
We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days; complex matters may take longer. This is a response target, not a guarantee of immediate service or resolution. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Choose the subject that fits
Billing: membership charges, renewals, cancellations, balances or billing errors. Include the plan, approximate date and an order reference if available, but not a card number.
Technical support: identify the page or feature, what you expected and what happened. A redacted screenshot and browser/device type can help.
Privacy Request: ask for access, correction, export or deletion, or an explanation of how information is used. We use proportionate account or email verification before acting and do not request identity documents by default.
Accessibility: describe the barrier and the task you need help completing. Browser or assistive-technology details are optional; a diagnosis is not required. We will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Abuse/Safety: report scams, harassment, threats, impersonation or privacy violations. Include a link or relevant record reference and only necessary evidence.
Copyright Complaint: identify the copyrighted work, disputed material and page link, provide contact information, and explain in good faith why you believe the use is unauthorized.
Provider questions and urgent situations
Questions about a professional’s advice, transportation, booking, product, service or customer refund should also be directed to that independent provider. An EVN inquiry does not confirm a reservation or service agreement.
EVN is not an emergency service. Do not rely on support or Trip Rescue for emergency response. For an immediate emergency in the United States, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service directly.
How requests are handled
We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate and assess a request. Avoid sending other people’s private records unless necessary and lawfully authorized. Acknowledging a request does not mean it has been resolved or a refund approved.
Privacy, billing, copyright and conduct requests may require different review steps. Tell us if you need assistance using the available contact method.
