Respectful participation
These standards apply to EVN profiles, listings, reviews, inquiries, chats, direct messages, contributions, uploads and support interactions. EVN is for U.S. adults age 18 or older.
Scams, harassment, threats, illegal content, impersonation, spam, discrimination and privacy violations are prohibited. Do not distribute malware, fabricate credentials or reviews, evade permissions or obtain private information without authorization.
Responsibility for accounts and content
Have lawful permission for customer information and media you submit. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Do not use housing or other professional tools for unlawful discrimination.
Shared passwords are prohibited. Individually authorized employee access may be used where technically supported. The professional account owner remains responsible for employee permissions and activity.
Members remain responsible for credentials, employees, services, taxes, insurance, advice and customer agreements. Do not imply that EVN guarantees you or your work. Public fields should contain information intended for public display; private files and inquiries are not public posts.
Reporting and blocking
Use a report or block control where the feature provides one, or email EVNetworksLLC@gmail.com with the subject Abuse/Safety. Include a link or relevant reference and a concise explanation. Do not unnecessarily redistribute harmful or private material.
Controls vary by feature. EVN does not promise automated review of every message or a universal blocking tool. For immediate danger, contact emergency services directly.
Review, removal and appeals
EVN may review reports, remove content or restrict accounts. A report alone does not establish wrongdoing. Protective restrictions may occur before notice when necessary. Where appropriate, we explain the action and consider relevant information.
Appeal by emailing EVNetworksLLC@gmail.com with the decision or record reference and your explanation. Review does not guarantee reinstatement. Content restrictions do not automatically erase evidence needed for security, legal or dispute purposes.
Permissions and history
Newsletter subscription consent does not give permission to publish or reuse a story, image or contribution; separate permission is required. Other submitted content is handled for the feature selected and under the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Our intended chat and direct-message retention period is 12 months after last activity. Cleanup is not yet verified across every feature, so this is not a promise of automatic deletion on a specific date. Copies held by other participants and necessary retained evidence may remain. Contact us about a specific deletion request.
