EVN is U.S.-focused and intended for adults age 18 or older. Minors may not create accounts or purchase memberships. Public customers may browse and use approved free inquiry features without paying. An account may be required for a particular feature. No paid Customer membership is offered at launch.
Accounts and authorization
Provide accurate information and keep it current. Protect your login; shared passwords are prohibited. Employee access must be individually authorized where technically supported. The professional account owner remains responsible for employee permissions and activity. Do not assume a team or sub-user feature exists unless it is available for your account.
Have lawful permission to submit customer information or act for another person or business. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Report suspected account misuse to EVNetworksLLC@gmail.com.
Independent services and AI
EVN is a platform and directory, not a listed professional’s employer, broker, real estate agency, travel agency, transportation provider, insurer or guarantor. Members are responsible for their credentials, employees, services, advice, pricing, taxes, insurance and customer agreements. Evaluate providers and confirm terms directly. An inquiry does not create a confirmed booking, ride or professional relationship with EVN.
AI material is informational assistance, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and requires human review. EVN does not guarantee professional advice, leads, income, bookings, availability, safety or outcomes. Read the Professional Services and AI Disclaimer.
Membership and purchases
The Membership, Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy describes plan prices, benefits, renewals, trials, balances and refunds. Review the selected plan and checkout information before purchasing. A failed payment does not earn new paid benefits.
Cancellation and permanent account deletion are different. Cancellation preserves eligible unused balances while access pauses after the paid term. Permanent deletion forfeits unused credits after a clear warning, except where a refund or other treatment is legally required.
Your content
You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of profiles, listings, messages, inquiries, uploads and other content you submit. Only provide material you own, are authorized to use or may lawfully submit.
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it for a feature, you authorize EVN to host and process it, display it to the audience selected for that feature, transmit it to intended inquiry or message recipients, make necessary technical copies, and moderate it to provide and protect the service. Public profile fields and approved public submissions can be visible to others. Private files, inquiries and messages are not public submissions. Newsletter publication or reuse requires separate permission.
Conduct and account restrictions
Scams, harassment, threats, illegal content, impersonation, spam, discrimination and privacy violations are prohibited. Do not distribute malware, evade access controls or access private records without authorization. Follow the Community Standards and Acceptable Use rules.
EVN may review reports, remove content or restrict accounts. Urgent protective action may occur before notice. You may appeal by emailing EVNetworksLLC@gmail.com with the relevant reference and explanation. Review does not guarantee reinstatement, and restrictions do not automatically delete relevant evidence.
Availability, changes and rights
Features may be interrupted or unavailable. Independently verify information before relying on it and keep authorized copies of records you need. EVN does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular result. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to published terms will be identified through an updated version and appropriate notice. Changes will not reduce benefits already purchased for a paid term without an applicable lawful basis or your agreement. These Terms do not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver, a liability cap or an indemnity obligation.
