Information involved
Account and profile information may include names, contact details, login/account records, business descriptions, supplied credentials and selected public contact fields. Membership information includes plan status, transaction references, benefit balances, usage and audit history.
Tools may involve leads, customer notes, preferences, budgets, questionnaires, trip details, driver or business inquiries, calendars, follow-up records, screenshots, files and AI inputs/results. Provide only necessary information and have lawful permission to submit another person’s data. Do not provide Social Security numbers, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Community and communications records may include messages, reviews, reports, newsletter interests, submissions, consent, confirmation and suppression information. Support, security and program records may include requests, logs, IP/browser/source information, votes and company donation records.
How information is used
Relevant information supports accounts, membership access, chosen public profiles, inquiry routing, requested tools, balances/history, support, security, moderation and recordkeeping. Separately consented newsletter information supports subscription choices and permitted communications. Newsletter subscription is not required to buy a membership.
Customer information entered into professional tools is used for the requested assistance; users remain responsible for authority to provide it and for their own customer obligations.
Visibility and recipients
Public profile fields, listings, approved reviews and approved newsletter content can be public. Choose public contact information carefully. Private files are not public content. Private inquiries are routed to the relevant professional; messages are available to their participants and appropriately authorized administration.
Information may be handled by hosting/storage, forms, security, communications, payment and AI service providers as necessary for the selected feature, and by the independent professional you contact. Selected AI context or uploads may be sent to a configured provider. Requests to external resources can also disclose technical information such as an IP address.
Access restrictions do not mean that no authorized person or service provider can ever access a private record. Necessary records may be retained or disclosed for security, accounting, consent, legal obligations or disputes.
AI, technology and retention
AI-generated results can be inaccurate and require human review. Do not assume an AI provider has zero retention or that an output is automatically safe to publish. Ask us about a feature before submitting information you are uncertain about sharing.
Our launch policy permits essential technologies and does not authorize optional analytics, advertising or tracking before assessment and approval. We target deletion of temporary AI prompts and uploads after 30 days. Saved results generally remain while the account exists, subject to appropriate operational and legal exceptions. Requests and choices
Email EVNetworksLLC@gmail.com to request access, correction, export or deletion, or ask about processing. We verify account or email control proportionately before acting. Identity documents are not requested by default; additional verification may be needed when genuinely necessary.
We review the request, applicable rights and necessary exceptions. Deletion may not remove records held by another conversation participant, an independent professional or an external recipient. We may retain necessary security, accounting, consent, legal or dispute records. We will explain known limits rather than represent an incomplete action as complete.
Newsletter consent may be withdrawn using an unsubscribe method or by contacting us. Minimal suppression information may remain to prevent unwanted mailing.
Adults, security and updates
EVN is intended for U.S. adults age 18 or older. Minors may not create accounts or purchase memberships. A parent or authorized adult should provide only information about a minor that is necessary for the requested inquiry. Tell us if a minor submits personal information directly or information about a minor has been submitted inappropriately.
EVN uses access restrictions and other safeguards appropriate to its operations, but no service can promise that every incident will be prevented. This notice makes no security certification claim. Material changes to processing require an updated notice and appropriate review of user choices.
