Drivers independently find and develop their own customers, decide which inquiries to accept, communicate directly with customers and collect their own ride payments. EVN does not collect ride payments or take a percentage of driver fares.

Driver Network questions
What is the Driver Network?
It is a directory and connection platform for independent drivers to present their services and develop their own customers.
Does EVN dispatch rides?
No. EVN is not a transportation company or ride-dispatch service. Drivers decide which inquiries to accept.
Are drivers EVN employees?
No. Drivers operate independently and establish their own services, availability and rates.
How do customers find and contact drivers?
Customers can view a public driver profile, follow a driver’s personal QR code and use the contact or configured ride-request options on the profile.
Does a ride request guarantee a ride?
No. A request is an inquiry. The driver must confirm acceptance, availability, price and arrangements directly with the customer.
Who sets ride prices?
Each driver establishes their own rates and confirms the price directly with the customer.
How do customers pay?
Customers pay the driver directly using a payment method agreed with the driver. EVN does not collect ride payments.
Does EVN take part of the fare?
No. EVN does not take a percentage of driver fares.
What appears on a driver profile?
A profile can present vehicle information, payment-method information, rates, contact details, service area, operating hours and an availability or calendar link.
How does the personal QR code work?
Your personal QR code opens your public driver profile, so customers can learn about your services and contact you directly.
How do service areas work?
Drivers state the areas they serve. Customers should confirm pickup and destination coverage directly with the driver.
What is the City Network?
City Network access is included in Driver membership and supports local professional connections.
May travel professionals contact drivers?
Yes. Travel professionals may inquire directly about services. The driver independently decides whether to accept and confirms the arrangements.
Does EVN conduct background checks?
No. EVN does not conduct criminal background checks and does not describe drivers as background checked, certified, vetted, approved or guaranteed.
What should customers confirm before a ride?
Confirm the driver’s identity, licensing, insurance, vehicle, service area, availability, price, payment method and pickup arrangements independently.
What does membership cost?
