Credit policy

Under EVN’s stated Real Estate and Travel credit policy, unused included credits and purchased add-on credits carry forward until used and remain attached to the account. An active membership is required to use credits. Credits freeze while membership is inactive and become usable again after reactivation. Each successful renewal adds the new included allowance to the saved balance.

How does Lead Creator work?

Lead Creator collects customer inquiries through a form and personal Lead Creator QR code. Submitting an inquiry does not consume a credit.

Are Lead Creator submissions unlimited?

Yes. Customer submissions are unlimited. A Lead Helper credit is consumed only when the member chooses to analyze an inquiry through Lead Helper.

How does Lead Helper classify a lead?

It provides informational organization and classification of an inquiry to support professional review and follow-up. Classifications do not guarantee lead quality or transaction outcomes.

What does a Relocation Helper provide?

Relocation information and a connected brochure covering three towns. The professional must review information for accuracy and suitability before sharing it.

What is the three-town brochure?

It is the brochure connected to a Relocation Helper result, covering three towns. It is included with that Relocation Helper rather than sold as a separate required item.

How many credits are included?

Can I purchase additional credits?

Active Real Estate members may purchase 10 additional Lead Helper credits for $30 or 2 additional Relocation Helper and brochure credits for $10. Purchased credits follow the persistent-credit policy.

What happens to credits during inactivity?

The policy freezes remaining credits while membership is inactive and restores their usability after reactivation.

May an assistant or employee use the account?

The member may authorize an employee or assistant to operate it internally. All users share the same records and credit balance. There is no separate assistant-seat price.

Can another agent have a separate profile?

One membership creates one public profile. A separate public profile, dashboard and allowance require a separate membership.

Is license information verified by EVN?

License information is supplied by the member. Confirm the brokerage, license number and licensing state through the applicable state authority. EVN does not label agents verified without an actual verification process.

What is the price and cancellation policy?

$50 per month. See General Membership for cancellation, paid-term access, refunds and retention.

Do AI-generated results guarantee an outcome?

No. They do not guarantee lead quality, property suitability, legal compliance or a transaction outcome. The licensed professional remains responsible for reviewing information before using or sharing it.
