Customer transactions remain between the customer, independent travel professional and applicable provider.

Credit policy
Under EVN’s stated Real Estate and Travel credit policy, unused included credits and purchased add-on credits carry forward until used and remain attached to the account. An active membership is required to use credits. Credits freeze while membership is inactive and become usable again after reactivation. Each successful renewal adds the new included allowance to the saved balance.

One trip. Up to 24 hours of monitoring.
One activation starts monitoring for one trip record for up to 24 hours, with predictive disruption-risk alerts when possible. It does not guarantee advance warning and may miss delays, cancellations or disruptions. The travel professional reviews alerts and decides what action to take. Trip Rescue does not automatically cancel or rebook reservations.

How does Travel Lead Creator work?
Travel Lead Creator collects customer inquiries through a questionnaire and personal QR code for the professional’s review.
Why are Lead Creator and Vacation Helper unlimited?
They collect customer information. Unlimited Travel Lead Creator submissions and Vacation Helper questionnaires do not consume Travel Lead Helper credits.
When is a Travel Lead Helper credit used?
A credit is used when the member chooses to analyze a customer inquiry through Travel Lead Helper, rather than when a customer submits a questionnaire.
What does Trip Rescue do?
One activation starts monitoring for one trip record for up to 24 hours and provides predictive disruption-risk alerts when possible. The travel professional reviews the information and decides what action to take.
What does Trip Rescue not guarantee?
It does not guarantee advance warning and may not detect every delay, cancellation or disruption. It does not automatically cancel or rebook reservations.
How long does an activation last?
One activation starts monitoring for one trip record for up to 24 hours. Starting monitoring consumes the activation even if the trip ends sooner.
How many credits are included?
20 Travel Lead Helper analyses included with each successfully paid membership period. 2 Trip Rescue activations are included with each successfully paid billing period. Unused paid membership analyses roll over and remain on your account. If your membership ends, your unused balance is preserved and access pauses until an eligible membership is reactivated.
What do add-ons cost?
For active Travel members, 10 additional Travel Lead Helper credits cost $30 and 2 additional Trip Rescue activations cost $10.
Do credits roll over or expire during inactivity?

Does EVN book trips?
EVN does not operate as the customer’s travel agency. Booking arrangements remain with the independent travel professional and applicable provider.
Does EVN handle payments, deposits, refunds or commissions?
No. EVN does not collect customer travel payments, hold deposits, process booking charges, pay vendors, determine refund or cancellation policies, or receive part of the travel professional’s commission.
Who is responsible for business registrations?
The member is responsible for seller-of-travel registrations, host-agency authorization and other requirements applicable to their business.
May employees operate the account?
The member chooses which authorized employees operate it. Everyone shares the same records and credit balance.
Can more than one professional have a separate profile?
One membership creates one public profile. Another professional needing a separate profile and allowance needs a separate membership.
What is the price and cancellation policy?
