General Membership

What is Ervin Valley Network?

EVN is a membership directory and connection platform for independent drivers, real estate professionals, travel professionals and businesses. Members control their own services and customer relationships.

Can I cancel my membership?

Members may cancel at any time. Under EVN’s membership policy, cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Annual cancellation prevents the next annual renewal while preserving access through the paid annual term.

What happens after my paid term ends?

Under EVN’s policy, dashboard access ends and the public profile becomes inactive after expiration. Ordinary account and profile information may be retained for six months to support restoration.

Are paid terms refundable?

Monthly and annual members do not receive prorated refunds after a paid term begins, except where required by law.

Does EVN guarantee services or outcomes?

No. Independent members are responsible for their businesses. Customers should confirm identity, credentials, availability, prices and applicable terms directly with the professional or business before proceeding.

Driver Network

What is the Driver Network?

It is a directory and connection platform for independent drivers to present their services and develop their own customers.

Does EVN dispatch rides?

No. EVN is not a transportation company or ride-dispatch service. Drivers decide which inquiries to accept.

Are drivers EVN employees?

No. Drivers operate independently and establish their own services, availability and rates.

How do customers find and contact drivers?

Customers can view a public driver profile, follow a driver’s personal QR code and use the contact or configured ride-request options on the profile.

Does a ride request guarantee a ride?

No. A request is an inquiry. The driver must confirm acceptance, availability, price and arrangements directly with the customer.

Who sets ride prices?

Each driver establishes their own rates and confirms the price directly with the customer.

How do customers pay?

Customers pay the driver directly using a payment method agreed with the driver. EVN does not collect ride payments.

Does EVN take part of the fare?

No. EVN does not take a percentage of driver fares.

What appears on a driver profile?

A profile can present vehicle information, payment-method information, rates, contact details, service area, operating hours and an availability or calendar link.

How does the personal QR code work?

Your personal QR code opens your public driver profile, so customers can learn about your services and contact you directly.

How do service areas work?

Drivers state the areas they serve. Customers should confirm pickup and destination coverage directly with the driver.

What is the City Network?

City Network access is included in Driver membership and supports local professional connections.

May travel professionals contact drivers?

Yes. Travel professionals may inquire directly about services. The driver independently decides whether to accept and confirms the arrangements.

Does EVN conduct background checks?

No. EVN does not conduct criminal background checks and does not describe drivers as background checked, certified, vetted, approved or guaranteed.

What should customers confirm before a ride?

Confirm the driver’s identity, licensing, insurance, vehicle, service area, availability, price, payment method and pickup arrangements independently.

What does membership cost?

What happens if I cancel?

Real Estate

What does membership include?

The $50 monthly membership includes a public profile, dashboard, inquiry and follow-up tools, 20 Real Estate Lead Helper analyses per successfully paid membership period and 2 Relocation Helper credits per paid billing period. Each Relocation Helper includes its connected three-town brochure. Unused paid membership analyses roll over and remain on your account. If your membership ends, your unused balance is preserved and access pauses until an eligible membership is reactivated.

How does Lead Creator work?

Lead Creator collects customer inquiries through a form and personal Lead Creator QR code. Submitting an inquiry does not consume a credit.

Are Lead Creator submissions unlimited?

Yes. Customer submissions are unlimited. A Lead Helper credit is consumed only when the member chooses to analyze an inquiry through Lead Helper.

How does Lead Helper classify a lead?

It provides informational organization and classification of an inquiry to support professional review and follow-up. Classifications do not guarantee lead quality or transaction outcomes.

What does a Relocation Helper provide?

Relocation information and a connected brochure covering three towns. The professional must review information for accuracy and suitability before sharing it.

What is the three-town brochure?

It is the brochure connected to a Relocation Helper result, covering three towns. It is included with that Relocation Helper rather than sold as a separate required item.

How many credits are included?

20 Real Estate Lead Helper analyses included with each successfully paid membership period. 2 Relocation Helper credits per successful paid billing period. Unused paid membership analyses roll over and remain on your account. If your membership ends, your unused balance is preserved and access pauses until an eligible membership is reactivated.

Do credits roll over?

Under EVN’s stated credit policy, unused included credits and purchased add-on credits carry forward until used and remain attached to the account. An active membership is required to use them. Credits freeze while membership is inactive and become usable after reactivation. Each successful paid renewal adds the new allowance to the saved balance.

Can I purchase additional credits?

Active Real Estate members may purchase 10 additional Lead Helper credits for $30 or 2 additional Relocation Helper and brochure credits for $10. Purchased credits follow the persistent-credit policy.

What happens to credits during inactivity?

The policy freezes remaining credits while membership is inactive and restores their usability after reactivation.

May an assistant or employee use the account?

The member may authorize an employee or assistant to operate it internally. All users share the same records and credit balance. There is no separate assistant-seat price.

Can another agent have a separate profile?

One membership creates one public profile. A separate public profile, dashboard and allowance require a separate membership.

Is license information verified by EVN?

License information is supplied by the member. Confirm the brokerage, license number and licensing state through the applicable state authority. EVN does not label agents verified without an actual verification process.

What is the price and cancellation policy?

Do AI-generated results guarantee an outcome?

No. They do not guarantee lead quality, property suitability, legal compliance or a transaction outcome. The licensed professional remains responsible for reviewing information before using or sharing it.

Travel

What does the Travel membership include?

The $50 monthly membership includes a public profile, dashboard, connection and organizational tools, 20 Travel Lead Helper analyses per successfully paid membership period and 2 Trip Rescue activations per successfully paid billing period, unlimited Travel Lead Creator submissions and unlimited Vacation Helper questionnaires. Unused paid membership analyses roll over and remain on your account. If your membership ends, your unused balance is preserved and access pauses until an eligible membership is reactivated.

How does Travel Lead Creator work?

Travel Lead Creator collects customer inquiries through a questionnaire and personal QR code for the professional’s review.

Why are Lead Creator and Vacation Helper unlimited?

They collect customer information. Unlimited Travel Lead Creator submissions and Vacation Helper questionnaires do not consume Travel Lead Helper credits.

When is a Travel Lead Helper credit used?

A credit is used when the member chooses to analyze a customer inquiry through Travel Lead Helper, rather than when a customer submits a questionnaire.

What does Trip Rescue do?

One activation starts monitoring for one trip record for up to 24 hours and provides predictive disruption-risk alerts when possible. The travel professional reviews the information and decides what action to take.

What does Trip Rescue not guarantee?

It does not guarantee advance warning and may not detect every delay, cancellation or disruption. It does not automatically cancel or rebook reservations.

How long does an activation last?

One activation starts monitoring for one trip record for up to 24 hours. Starting monitoring consumes the activation even if the trip ends sooner.

How many credits are included?

20 Travel Lead Helper analyses included with each successfully paid membership period. 2 Trip Rescue activations are included with each successfully paid billing period. Unused paid membership analyses roll over and remain on your account. If your membership ends, your unused balance is preserved and access pauses until an eligible membership is reactivated.

What do add-ons cost?

For active Travel members, 10 additional Travel Lead Helper credits cost $30 and 2 additional Trip Rescue activations cost $10.

Do credits roll over or expire during inactivity?

Does EVN book trips?

EVN does not operate as the customer’s travel agency. Booking arrangements remain with the independent travel professional and applicable provider.

Does EVN handle payments, deposits, refunds or commissions?

No. EVN does not collect customer travel payments, hold deposits, process booking charges, pay vendors, determine refund or cancellation policies, or receive part of the travel professional’s commission.

Who is responsible for business registrations?

The member is responsible for seller-of-travel registrations, host-agency authorization and other requirements applicable to their business.

May employees operate the account?

The member chooses which authorized employees operate it. Everyone shares the same records and credit balance.

Can more than one professional have a separate profile?

One membership creates one public profile. Another professional needing a separate profile and allowance needs a separate membership.

What is the price and cancellation policy?

What is the B2B membership?

A directory, profile, messaging and networking membership for one business location.

What are the monthly and yearly prices?

$15 per month or $100 per year. Paying $15 monthly for 12 months totals $180, so the annual option saves $80.

What is included?

Membership includes one public business profile, a dashboard, product and service listings, inquiries, messages, notifications, chatrooms, networking, a personal QR code and customer offer tools.

Do features have usage limits?

Membership includes unlimited product and service listings, customer inquiries and direct messages, with no AI-agent usage limits and no per-use AI credits.

How are products and services displayed?

The business supplies product and service information, prices and contact details for its public profile and listings.

How do inquiries and messages work?

Customers and businesses communicate directly through the inquiry and messaging tools, with new-message and inquiry notifications.

How do QR codes and offers work?

The personal QR code links to the public business profile. Businesses control the terms and accuracy of their own customer discounts and offers.

Does EVN process customer payments?

No. Businesses handle their customer transactions and payments independently.

Does EVN take a commission?

No. EVN does not take a commission on business/customer transactions.

Who controls prices and refunds?

The business controls its prices, payment arrangements, customer service, refunds, offers and discounts, and remains responsible for taxes and compliance.

May employees operate the account?

The business decides which authorized employees operate its account. EVN does not manage the business’s staffing.

How many locations and profiles are included?

One business location and one public business profile per membership. Another location needing its own profile requires a separate membership.

What happens if I cancel?
